Effect of the use of renewable energy in the economy?
I'm doing a project for my economics class and I have to explain different ways in which the transition to renewable power and less dependence on fossil fuels affect the economy. So far all I have is that you are creating more jobs. I have to be able to write a 5 page paper about it. Please help, this is due tomorrow!
Mean less coal less coal miners. With less oil means less people working in these deep ocean drilling rigs. Using Wind more means more money for farmers who have windmills on their land. and study the effects of killing birds of the blades. The use of more Solar Energy will lots more people trained on the installation of solar panels. this also means a change in college courses to prepare for degrees in these areas. oil cared less will mean a better balance of trade payments. oil means less reliance on air transport and a shift to high-speed trains higher. Airplanes are one of the least efficient users of oil. Soon Air travel will be important only for the very rich or very rare trip. People live closer to work unless public transport is available. If we are to a diet based on energy crops will mean that people starve and start wars for food. (Bad idea) conservation is very IN, due to its higher cost per watt of renewable energy sources.
